- Direct planning assistance including (but not limited to) location selection, vendor and adventure recommendations, a customized timeline for you and your guests, permit applications and research.
- Certain adventures are included in pricing.
- A customized elopement planning guide.
- High-res digital files with personal printing rights.
- A private gallery to order heirloom products.
- Travel fees for your photographers.
The Process - Step by Step
- First, you’ll reach out via our contact form. You don’t need to have anything planned, beginner stage planners are welcome!
- We’ll get on a quick call, get to know each other, cover all the details you need to know before booking.
- Once you’ve chosen a date and general location, we’ll send you an email through our booking site to make things official!
- As soon as you’ve reviewed your proposal, signed the contract, and paid your retainer, we’ll send over our thorough elopement guide, as well as any time-sensitive details for permitting, vendor recs, etc.
- We’ll then spend the next few days, weeks, months before your elopement getting on calls when necessary (or unnecessary, random photos, stories, worries, or needs), having you do fun questionnaires to get to the root of your desires for your elopement.
- Then your adventure materializes and we make the magic happen. If you’re lucky like other couples, you’ll get special guests in the form of big horn sheep, donkeys, wild horses, and deer.
- After it’s all said and done, you’ll go home married, feeling alive, free, and well celebrated. We’ll get to editing them to perfection and leaving you with memories of all of your adventures to remember where it all started. W
