The Couple Behind Light Preserves


Light Preserves started as a result of my hubs calling me his golden bear. 

I’m always pawing at him, always trying to grab the sweetest things in life — whether it’s affection, adventure, or a moment worth remembering. Our logo, a bear reaching into a tree for a beehive dripping with honey, is a reflection of that.

It represents the way I move through the world and the way I photograph: with intention, curiosity, and a deep desire to capture the moments that feel golden. The ones that feel warm, rare, and delicious — like honey.
This is what Light Preserves means to me: preserving the sweetness of your story, the warmth of your connection, and the light that makes your love unmistakably yours.

I have more clothes stained by the red rocks of the Vegas desert than I care to admit.  But this is the place we became a family.  Our love grew in this vast desert, watered by the monsoons of the Summer, nurtured by the warmth of the hot Vegas sun.  We love this place so much that we make it a point to show it to every couple who will love it and treasure it just as much as we do.
